it's from Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy. Specifically, the Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster, a drink thought up by Zaphod Beeblebrox. It is said to have the effect, upon drinking it, of having been hit in the head by a slice of lemon wrapped around a large, gold brick.

And no, I didn't look that up.

I have, however, seen the movie within the last two months.
