Oh dear, looks like my image host decided to eat some of my icons! *lol* It seems to do that lately from time to time. I'm so sorry about the inconvenience. I re-uploaded the missing ones and they seem to be showing up now. Thanks so much for pointing it out to me -- that made the task of replacing them a lot easier! :)
