Yes, it is! I've always loved "no-collared" jackets, especially ever since my friend (and incredible composer and French Horn player), Jeff showed me an Italian suit sans-collar that he wore at (if I'm not mistaken) his senior composition recital.

My friend from Bangladesh, Syedur, suggested some Nagra Shoes to compliment the outfit--I think he hit the nail right on the head with that!
