UGH! Yeah, got about 5 different emails about it at work today AND it's the first thing people see on the web-site when they go on there. The bad thing......it doesn't come out until June, so for the next 5 months we're going to be getting calls of "Do you guys have the iPhone yet?" My advise, get it during an upgrade if you are close at that point.
How do I know if I can upgrade? How do I find out any info from Cingu... er, AT&T? Is there some sort of number that is preprogrammed into my phone? To be able to talk to real humans, how many fiery hoops do I have to number-punch through? And does it waste my minutes? (not that I don't have gobs of the damn things)
1) log into the website and go to phone/device and upgrade phones, normally you are able to upgrade after 21 months of a 24 month agreement.

3) preprogrammed number for what? (continued on number 4)
4 & 5) dial 611 from the phone for customer service, there are some things to make sure you get to the right department and it does not use your minutes for that.
