Summary: When he was seven, the street kid Dean was saved by an unknown hero. Now, fifteen years later, he's a notorious thief forced to work of his debt at the King's castle. Not letting such an opportunity slip, he tries to steal from the castle. What he didn't expect was running into the ever sick Prince Castiel no one ever sees. Nor did he expect becoming friends with anyone from the Royal family.

The door was closed soon after the final sentence and once again the room was pitch black. Dean held his breath as he heard the footsteps fade away, but he couldn't do anything against his heartbeat. It felt as if it was pounding its way though his ribs like a scared rabbit.
A spark lit up and soon enough a candle was lit, almost blinding Dean with its sudden light.
“I told you that I would show you where the wild roses grows, didn't I?”
“Yes”, Castiel breathes and he can feel Dean's hand searching it way into his hair to pull the two of them together in a kiss, just like that time so long ago now.
