Angry at parking tickets

I seem to have terrible luck at driving, and im thinking about selling my car and not driving for a while. First, I have 3 accidents so far. I also have a speeding ticket. And now, the final straw: parking tickets. I got one for 40 bucks for not moving my car at 9am for street sweeping (note: i got out at 9:12 and they had already written it.
