hahaha, well a pretty good amount of my lj friends (some who don't even know each other), have started to use their journals a lot more recently & have said they're coming back to lj from myspace etc.

Ooo well I'm all for that. Livejournal is a lot more personal than Facebook in my opinion, in terms of.. On facebook all you tend to do is look at other people's pictures and play detective to gather various types of information about people whether it's gossipy or not, but on livejournal it's like an extension of yourself where you can express how you're feeling or whatever in any way you want.. (pictures, video, text, etc...) I was a lot more satisfied living on livejournal than I am on facebook.
