Spike doesn't do so well on his own, I find. With Iago Angel whispering in his ear, he's not in the best emotional state, either. But Faith can cut through bull like almost nobody else, when it's not her own. Hee. She's like Spike that way.

I must try and write her some time.

You should write Faith! I mean really! New Year's Resolution!

Great job! You brought a lot into this - all the plot lines!
And of course Faith would set Spike straight! Heeeeee I'd love to see him with a stamp on his ass. :D

So say we all.
I never consider these things "abandoned", but rather "neglected". The list is getting shorter, though! Now I'm starting to worry that if I ever finish them all, nothing more will come. :( It's the old "house done: life over" conundrum. Must be time for a(nother) rewatch!
Thanks for your kind comments, darling! Happy New Year!

Hee! And I liked the moment Spike took to look at the pool building's beauty.
And small world, eh?

I have a head canon that there would be a lot of overlap between post-Sunnydale Slayer Council and Team Angel, unless they get their acts together and coordinate. They are going after many of the same fish, as it were. The jurisdiction issues will have to be worked out, or they'll be tripping all over themselves. Just not talking to one another isn't a solution. It can be played for comedy or tragedy, though!

Wanna get her something nice for Christmas? Just exactly what she wants? Put a stamp on your ass and mail yourself to her.
No beating around the bush here!
And sorry about your dialogue being stolen :-) No matter how much Spuffy goodness the recent comics have brought, I still miss Brian Lynch's Spike.

This Faith is coming into her own, and can afford to be generous. As for my "stolen" dialogue, I just figure that the pros agree with my Spike voice. That's not a terrible thing.
I'm not sure I've read ALL of the Brian Lynch Spike, but it sure inspired my longest WIP! I hope I finish that this year.
Thanks for commenting, sweetie!

Oh, that sounds good! I hope you do manage to finish it, then I will certainly read it.
ETA: I'm going to friend you, so that I won't miss it (or any other new things you may come up with). I hope that's OK!
ETA 2: ha ha, OK, scrap that because apparently you already are on my friends list! I guess I forgot because you managed to post even less than me recently :-)
