So, I have been on this mostly vegan, mostly gluten free diet with mixed results. I do feel cleaner and lighter and more alert, especially during the afternoon. On the other hand, I have been seriously craving pizza and sushi, which is my love. Argh

I feel you on the pizza craving--I am a bit of lactard so have that woe a lot. but the other day I made a nice 'pizza pasta'.
take kale, cherry tomatoes, and shredded zucchini. cut some lightlife fake pepperoni (which has a weird soy aftertaste when uncooked, but is a delightful pepperoni imitator when hot) into tiny pieces. sautee the whole shebang in olive oil with mounds of garlic. i added a sheep manchego, because i am okay with goat/sheep cheese, but it is plenty delicious with out it and the "pepperoni" and tomato gives it a nice pizza-y taste. throw on top of whole wheat pasta. quick, filling, full of summer taste!
