Overdue holiday update and general news

Thank you to all those who sent holiday wishes - it was a very good week - pictures follow shortly. A lake, trees and sunshine and some French countryside and wine so many good ingredients indeed though unfortunately no trip to the coast to visit La Rochelle - hopefully another time

Lovely pictures! Poitou Charentes looks idyllic. Having to leave in August is pish though. Hope the house sells soon and you're able to devise an effective Plan B in the meantime. *hugs*
