Just to celebrate, I'm posting some random XF icons that are 100% from contests and lims (tho some were rejects). Note the black & white-ness. I had trouble with the colouring on my photoshop... just in time for me to enter two lims

I strongly disagree! (Mainly because OMG, I am right there with you, and so are many, many others -- or my LJ would not have been constantly exploding over the past three days.)

I was all happy before... y'know... the official release date and all. Kind of "believe it when I see it" skeptic and stuff but July????? That's like WAY close. Not sure I'll be able to hold my water.

I will remain spoiler free.

I'm not excited about XF2 at all, Carter written and directed does not appeal to me in any way, and without Robert Patrick or Nick Lea being in it, it's not going to be worth seeing, for me anyway.

So I saved 1, 14, 34, and 35.

What is the original image of #19? I don't think I've ever seen that picture of Gillian before.

I can see what you're saying... I'm most worried about whether they'll be able to pull of EITHER taking up from the end and not addressing the whole "end of the world" scenario they set up in the finale OR sticking the movie - timeline-wise - smack in the middle of the series with GA and DD (while both still gorgeous) looking noticably older.

And I will miss both Doggett and Krycek and will cry if Skinner is absent as well (any word on that?).

Additionally, I think CC is not the best director... I wish Kim Manners or Rob Bowman would/could do it.

That said... I'm so stoked. :)

I can't access gillystillness, the mod banned me from there without reason. You know, stupid XF fan thing, I'm sure. Do you have the original picture saved and can upload it somewhere for me to download?

I think CC is the worst director I've ever seen try to direct. So much that I can't take his directing seriously. If anyone should be directing a 2nd XF movie it should be Rob Bowman, he brings such a polished look and professionalism to his work that CC can only ever dream of having.
