[It's a quiet night, and Tyki's in a courtyard, a bottle of wine gripped in one hand. A few Tease were out and about tonight, but they're just flying around or lying on top of the flowers.

Tyki just drinks straight from the bottle, looking up at the sky blankly.]

[A familiar redhead stands in the doorway, squirming kitten in his arms. He steels himself and then makes his way toward Tyki.]

[If it wasn't for the ping, Tyki would have ignored Lavi. He'll spare the Bookman a glance before looking away]

Fancy seeing you out here tonight, eye patch.

[arebornstar]

I wish you would stop calling me that already. [Stops a few feet away and puts the kitten down, scooting it toward Tyki.] You forgot this. [Yesterday? Or was it earlier today? He can't tell.

But now that he's returned the kitten he's turning and walking the other way once more.]

[Not yet. He reaches up to wrap his fingers around Lavi's wrist.]
