Jedi bathrobe? Oh do tell! (Has two Star Wars fanatics at home...one is watching Clone Wars as I type this) Yes...sadly (very sadly...very VERY VERRRRRRRRRY sadly)...there is Empire Strikes Back movie poster on my bedroom wall. *sigh* Stupid Husband...

LOL There are always strange people in public, but I haven't ever had anyone do that to me before...that's kinda creepy. Strangers invading personal space is...just creepy.

*friends you*

Oooo Jedi Bathrobe... You know our Kazuma/Brad has a Jedi robe too. :)

However, my brother who is a very very very interesting soul, I can tell you... asked me for a Jedi robe (I do costuming.) for xmas. It ended up that he wanted it as a bathrobe, so got polar fleece instead of something more authentic.

Simplicity pattern #4450 has a good one for Jedi robes and the basic Jedi clothing. My brother is rather a stickler for authenticity so I know he must have searched around til he found something fairly accurate. Even if it is a 'costume pattern' from some main pattern maker brand thing....

So we'll see how well it translates into polar fleece... I have my doubts as to how well it will drape. But then... when I do costuming, I like for it to be as accurate as possible. Who knows tho... maybe the jedi had polar fleece bathrobes that will look exactly like this!

Lol. All this talk about brother's birthdays reminded that... my brother's birthday is also this Sunday ^^;; I haven't thought of a thing to get him... An ecard would be bad since he barely ever gets online.

I was hoping my parents would bring him out to have a nice dinner or something (he's 14 this year.) but he's not wanting to do that if it will take away from whatever spending money he'll have. I'm thinking he wants to get a Playstation 2 and some games... I was hoping we could go to Medieval Times (dinner theatre) since we've all been wanting to see that. But it's a pretty expensive affair.

People invading my personal space... yeah. I don't like it. I normally move away from them, obvious or not. Just because I get all cramped and 'hot flash' uncomfortable. Although obviously this guy didn't mean any harm by it. Some people are just different about the amount of space they think is appropriate between themselves and another person. =\
