I've always had a soft spot for this one, especially the early cozy parts. Didn't remember a thing about how the three girls ended up, so that's interesting to know. Thanks!

It's funny. I'm doing an MA in creative writing and the characters for my major project are born in late nineteenth century US. Some of the time they sound like my grandmother and at other times a bit like characters out of Alcott.

Think I should probably read some letters and listens to some orals histories. :o)
