Currently On Tap:
The Great Pumpkin, batch 1 - A collision of amber ale & pumpkin pie! Deep amber hue, with mild hop flavor. Lots of pumpkin pie spice character!
The Great Pumpkin, batch 2 - Same as above, but brewed with a smoother mouthfeel and lower alcohol content
Octoberfest - Smooth amber lager with malty flavor & surprising kick

I have sampled and enjoyed all on tap. Can't wait to taste the oaked stout and the dunkel!!

Currently On Tap:
none :'(

Currently Aging:
Belgian Trippel (9.5%) - Deep gold hue, strong, slightly sweet with a slight hop bite.
Belgain Saison - Rustic, farmhouse style ale, deceptively pale in hue. Earthy overtones, with characteristic spiciness.
About a 12 assorted meads (its gonna be awhile)

Currently Fermenting:
Maple mead
Dry sparkling white pyment (may be adding elderberries or other fruit for a blush champagne-style mead)

Fermenting Soon:
Altbier, German - A medium dark German ale with a modest hop bite & character.
3 more meads (TBD)
