When I was in the lunch line at school today, I heard somebody talking about Sarah Palin. As I go to the most apathetic high school on the planet, I was very surprised and quickly turned around. Maybe this will be somewhat comforting... I heard an interview on NPR with a woman who said she initially really liked Palin because she could relate to her as a working mother, but then changed her mind after seeing the ABC interviews last week. She realized that besides being anti-abortion, she and Palin didn't share any common beliefs at all.

So some people ARE planning to vote with their brains. :)

OMG, NPR twins! I just heard that exact same interview. Although there were also a few women in that piece that made me want to throw things.

Your icon is proof of that. I'm just frustrated with the people who continue to insist on voting for the guy (or gal) they want to have a beer with. Isn't that what got us into this mess in the first place?
