Today was a very nice day. I found out I have A's in all my classes right now. In my health class, my assigned group and I did I skit on suicide prevention where I played the suicidal girl, and we sat down to thunderous applause. My sensei commented that my front kicks are getting very good, and I put the right amount of power into them. Oh, and

And you would cry if Harry died? Wouldn't you?

I have been ignoring HP fanfic in favor of West Wing fanfic these days, which I really have to stop doing sometime. But if you're interested, I'd recommend the National Library. There's tons of great stuff there.
Would you be interested in being my beta? I'm not remotely close to being finished yet, but I'd really appreciate it.

I cried when Cedric died. I cried when Sirius died. When Dumbledore died, I gasped, hurled my book across the room and stared at it open mouthed for maybe 5 minutes. I tend to get, um, involved with characters.

West Wing fics! Don't you love 'em? I went on a bit of a craze a while ago and I too recommend the National Library.
Joshatella is pure genius!
and fizette? when Dumbledore died, I sat there, shaking and staring at the page for ten minutes before walking downstairs, drinking some milk and getting a hug from my mum (who didn't have a clue what was wrong). only then could i continue. In contrast, Cedric and Sirius' deaths just made me keep reading.

I actually cried about Cedric's death when I saw the GoF movie, but I was quite young when I read GoF for the first time and I don't remember what I did. I don't think I cried, though, because for some reason I find it harder to cry at books than at movies.
Oh, and I'm quite flattered that you would like to read my fic. It's post-admin, and if you saw the little Bartlet Presidential Library flash forward, I think you'll know partly what it's about. :)
I accidentally wrote "write my fic" instead of "read my fic" the first time around. *headdesk* *needs to stop going to sleep at eleven o'clock on school nights*

I think we had all prepared ourselves for Dumbledore to die, you know? I think we had all realized that Harry couldn't face Voldemort while Dumbledore was still around, but I know that I always thought he'd go down fighting. I wasn't prepared for a begging, hurting Dumbledore to be killed by Snape. And I didn't even think for a SECOND about Snape being a double double whatever agent, so I was just stunned. I'm glad your mom was around to give you a hug.
