Yeah. Must have been something I ate like one of those old wives' tales that say having too much to munch on right before you go to bed will make you have nightmares or something.

Are you alright? I think you, out of everybody else in this place, needs sleep, Bastet.

It could just be stress--not like you haven't had enough lately.

I'll be fine--I'll go lay down in a few minutes. If I don't at least try to sleep, people start pouting at me, and I like to avoid that whenever possible.

Possible. Really possible. I just normally don't dream, but when I do I can usually wrap my head around what it's about. But this one -- I just don't really get what my subconscious is trying to tell me. At all.

But, Bastet! I thought pouting was what you lived for.

I had a really strange dream. It was really specific. Which made it all the more creepy.

Hey nightmares can be really big things. They can tell you things about yourself you never knew to think about. Only this time, I don't get it.

I don't know, Kitty, that sounds kind of drastic. Something tells me that there's more than meets the eye, here. If only all of the strange randomness that happens around here could be solved with an earlier supper.
