Various people asking me about this gets me thinking it's time to do some more drafting. I still consider this a work in progress. I welcome editorializing, especially in regards to consistency in tense and case and pronouns and that kind of good stuff.

* Photography and videography: The act of recording someone on film (or equivalent digital medium) can interfere with the experience of the person being filmed as well as the person doing the filming. Therefore it's vital that no images be captured unless the photographer has the prior consent of everyone in the image. Any commercial use or public display of images from our events requires the written consent of AAR LLC in addition to any individuals in the images.

Why not prohibit all capturing of images?
It's clearly impossible to obtain consents of participating individuals and/or groups.
