She is going to kill him! Dead. No regeneration.
She grabs his arm and pulls him aside into a rocky alcove just as the snow races past. Good news... they weren't buried in snow. Bad news? The entrance to the alcove is blocked by snow now.

He stops with a halt, his Time Lord reflexes overcoming the flimsy traction that his trainers have. "Blocked in! Bloody Hell..." He grumbles.

"I have located your TARDIS, Doctor," he says, going toward their village.

"No worries, Doctor," he nods.
The Doctor indeed takes her into the TARDIS after the machine has stopped. He rushes back to the infirmary again, to quickly undress her and get her under some blankets. The TARDIS senses that Donna is unresponsive and cold, so she turns on some heat.
"Donna...? Can you hear me?"
