When the need arises, more or less, I would suppose is a better way of phrasing it. So I can protect myself against the monsters here, as well.

Elemental magic, mostly. Learned from copying it off monsters back in my world, more or less. I'm also near-immortal, and can recover from injuries fairly quickly.

In addition, I own two small attack devices, Hob and Nob, that are controlled telepathically. They're more of assistants for daily tasks than they are weapons, however.
