What happened? Something that should have happened a long time ago--we took him out. It obviously wasn't my intention for Ichigo to get so badly injured, but the threat of the Octava has been neutralized.

As for the repercussions, there shouldn't be any. I was the only one to infiltrate Las Noches, and I was wearing reiatsu-concealing implements. The lab was destroyed, and Szayel was pushed through a Garganta to be destroyed in the living world--there should be no trace of my presence in Hueco Mundo, only an indication that the Octava Espada left his lab through a Garganta.
