As awesome as the UST is in this episode (and it is so awesome), the best part is really the way Reid points out all the ways Noah mistreats Luke and how he really should be sick of it and want better for himself because he deserves better. It's a totally flabbergasting and foreign concept to Luke, but you can see it already start to take hold and change him. Luke and Reid bring out the absolute best in each other, in part because they respect each other enough to a)tell each other hard truths and b)not be complete douches to each other (ahem, Noah).

No lie, this made me laugh out loud for a good 45 seconds:
Cockblockers Association of Oakdale (accepting new members daily!)

Just as I started to recover:
Speaking of that guy

Well thank you! I totally need a Cockblockers Association of Oakdale icon. :D

I agree -- the UST and eyesex is awesome, but it's equally awesome how Reid tells it like it is about Noah. FINALLY. And it does take hold, and Luke starts to realize that wait -- he does deserve more! Luke and Reid are such a perfect ying/yang partnership. *happy sigh*

If I had any sort of photo-editing skillz, I would make one for you. I can picture it, though. Animation rotating through various things - the pizza guy, the beeper, Bob and Mona, etc. Then, bam: Cockblockers Association of Oakdale (est. 2010).

Jacob's rattle -- or is it actually that baby Jacob was the culprit?

I'm rendered non-verbal by the screen caps alone!!!

Will be back to try again later.

I love how awkward they kind of are as soon as they arrive--not wanting to talk about the kiss and all ( ... )

As much as I love Reid's opinion of everything Noah, I sure wish he wouldn't bring him up when he and Luke are together

Although he doesn't down the road. In this case, it needed to be said! :D

I don't think he unzips his jacket? He kind of takes Luke's hand -- more his forearm.

During the first almost-kiss, after Luke says he's leaving and zips his jacket, Reid gets up close and then when he goes to answer the door, Luke's jacket is unzipped. I could be wrong, though.

Goodness, I have been waiting for YEARS for this conversation to take place. It didn't even have to be a love interest, just for SOMEBODY to let Luke know that he shouldn't be treated like this. But, of course, nobody cares enough to see what Noah has been doing to Luke since they got together. Nobody cares, except Reid. I already loved Reid before, but this just made me gush with happiness. He is the voice of the people, that man.

I LOVE the the look Luke gives to Reid when he says "Now I'm the one who doesn't want to talk". He totally looked him up and down with an adorable smile. And the way Reid replies "It's because you liked it". Oh, the awesomeness of this episode is epic...

And I don't think Reid has been disappointed to see a pizza until this moment. I don't think he has ever been this disappointed to get the opportunity to cut into someones skull either.

That Luke look! Yes, I adore it so much too. And Reid's just speakin' the truth: LUKE DID LIKE IT. A LOT.

Right? FINALLY, someone telling Luke that he doesn't deserve to be treated like this. About time. Reid could see the Nuke relationship for what it was: completely toxic.

Yep, toxic is definitely the right word. And it really shouldn't have taken a genius to figure out. Anyone should have been able to see it. But, alas, a confederacy of idiots. Lot's and lots of idiots.
