I'd like to take a moment to recognize the awesome comic stylings of Jillian the Day Player. Her line deliveries crack me up! Usually the day players can barely string sentences together, but she really brought it.

I enjoy the schism between Reid and the Oakdalians. Reid actually does his job and can't just drop everything and run over to the police station. While the Oakdalians, who haven't put in a full day at work in years due to their constant personal dramas, are all shocked and outraged! Hee.

Loved Reid calling Lily an hottie (as he did with Katie) and winking. And heh, excellent point about Reid NOT dropping everything when he's working. As we always said, he was such a non-soap character.

Molly mentions Reid and Luke's head automatically turns and he gets all smiley. Omg. It's so adorb and Reid tells him not to get cute (because he clearly thinks that he is) and he came and that made Luke v. v. happy.
Reid's got one more button unbuttoned than some men would and I'm distracted by thoughts of Luke licking right there.
Did you know that I have an obsession with Luke licking right there, fenwic? Because, I do. I need it in every fic that I read. Luke cannot resist that spot.

Reid and his patient--funny stuff though I know some people think it's cold of him to be too honest like that but hey, that's his bedside manner and who says he shouldn't be honest with his patients?

Totally agree. Honesty is the best policy and Reid definitely has absolutely no filter.
I love his, "I can't hear you!" All sing-songy and teasing. Then he sits there, recording notes for another patient, when all he can think about is Luke's little problem. It's just meant to be.

Too late, Reid. Luke's already pretty adob and Reid kind of knows it.
Luke smiles when Reid comes into the room! Reid needs to reevaluate the statement that he makes to him months later in Dallas. Luke loves when Reid's mentioned in a positive light. Such insight into what's to come.
Reid's not so much blackmailing Luke as asking for a favor. Luke's blackmail came from a place of bad intentions while Reid's intentions are to help Luke with Holden.

And the station looks--just so tasty! Luke is so grateful (and I love how explicitly VH shows it on his adorable face), and this is the most he's smiled at Reid since meeting him. Same with Reid.
"Don't get cute." Love Luke's confused face. He's like, 'Did he just use the word 'cute' on me?' Um, yeah, Luke, that should tell you something. Maybe?
And Luke owes him and Reid says he'll collect and they both seem more than okay with that. Oh, boys.
Molly grew on me here and Damian's cameo at the end is so freakin' soapy--loved it all!

I have to say I'm bitter watching Noah here. He can stand up to Reid (when he feels he is morally right to do so - douche), but he can't stand up to Reid about letting Luke in his life? What BS! Clearly, Noah uses Reid to create distance with Luke...He isn't afraid of Reid and this part whoes that...
And he tells Reid to help Luke, but Noah won't help or show up.
I said this before but it irks me so much! The good news is that it pushes Luke and Reid closer. LOL Reid comes and Noah doesn't come - Yeah , that's about right!!!

Yup! If Noah cared so much about Luke, he would've gone with Reid to the station. Oh, but then Luke and Reid wouldn't have been able to glance deliciously at each other like they did. Oh, wait, yes they would've--they do it in front of Noah lots and lots in later episodes. :D
