BAHAHAHAHA! Girl, I love that you have a potty mouth & mind to rival my own! It's rare to find such well done obscenity. It's an art form of its own, really. Although, I disagree that Lee EVER goes down on Kara enough in fic. Where is all this oral fic woman?! Give it to me now!! ;p

Good job with this. After I finished mine I noticed there was a SHOCKING lack of 'I love them because they are sexy and pretty and make me want to do naughty things' to be found.

Very fun!

In short, the problem IMO is that RDM kind of sucks at sex scenes. He's all about the UST and the trickery, but there's very little SEX in his sex scenes. I don't get very turned on by anything other than Kara's dream bc, well, it's actual sex. RDM went out of his way to use cinematography with K/L that REDUCED their sexual tension. DO YOU KNOW WHAT GENIUS THAT HAD TO REQUIRE????? *snort*

I do actually enjoy the Scar scene a lot, of course, because that's about the sexiest REAL scene we get. The UB dirt!sexing scene is one of the unsexiest sex scenes I've ever seen, save Kara's yummy Oh!face. The camera angle, the non-romantic sense of action...DNW.

Now, in my head and in fic, these scenes are COMPLETELY ON FIRE. HOLY FRAKKING HELL.

NO ONE WRITES SMUT LIKE K/L SHIPPERS. GIVE ME SOME VIOLENCE, SOME ALPHA!LEE, SOME KICKYOURASSANDLETMEFUCKYOUSTARBUCK SEX AND I AM ALL IN.

KARA/LEE SMUT WRITERS, I LOVE YOU.

It's actually funny you should say that, because this is one of the older fandoms I've been in (as in, everyone in it currently is over 21, and most over 25 at least as of the last shipper friending meme). I don't think teenagers were the ones watching BSG to begin with, and I'm with you on appreciating what life experience brings to the table in terms of the sex writing.
