I make a paste of BS as well, but I use about 1-2 tablespoons and put it in a cup and bring that into the shower with me. I also bring in a small bottle of ACV into the shower with me and when the cup of BS paste is empty, I rinse out the cup and fill it with some ACV, filling the rest of the cup with water. You really don't need that much ACV for it to be effective ( ... )

Yeah, I really think the ACV would be better diluted.

I have some coconut oil, and considered using it on my hair, but I heard that it just seals the hair and prevents it from losing moisture, as opposed to actually moisturizing it? I do use it for cooking and occasionally on my skin, though. The cocoa butter/jojoba mix was also nice on my hands.

Hi! mind if I ask how you make that lipbalm with coconut oil? I stuggle alot with dry lips! And since I just bought the coconut oil to use on my hair, I might as well use it elsewhere :) many thanks
