yeah, i'll probably pre-brew in summer... but right now it's just too cold to even think about pouring icy water over my head! i haven't even been doing a cool rinse at the end of my wash. i know that my scalp is a bit happier with lower water temperatures, but staying warm is more of a priority at the moment.
Ah, I'm in the US. I actually blinked at your comment, hehe. It's funny that no matter how "global" the world gets, a few things will never be the same, like considering July a cold month!

hi. i tried your exact hair washing regimine and my hair ended up looking greasy. it seems you don't use and alkai, like b.s., which is what i think my hair needs. i would love to cut out the b.s. but don't know how to do it otherwise my hair will look greasy. did you ever have to use b.s.? perhaps we have very different water coming from our pipes. thanks

i read in naturalliving that tea was an anti-bacterial or something. might be a good option for dandruff-ees that can't seem to shake it?

Now I can go edit half my own entries to include tea! Yay!
And oh, about the tea, I brew it ahead of time and leave it in a sealed container in the fridge, since I need it to be cold anyway.
