I don't have any bugs on the page as it is - so the v-gift would show new things.

drop me a line at user / liverjournal etc if you want a copy of the notification.

The note attached to your gift reads:

"Testing the sponsored v-gift"

Please visit your profile page to view your gift. Your gift will show on

the ability to filter who can give you v-gift is still sadly lacking speck August 17 2007, 00:40:10 UTC
Need a "delete and send Abuse report for harassment" option.

Need "do not accept from anonymous", "accept only from my friends" and "do not accept" options, at the very least.

Oh yes, that would be very nice, as well. At least, it would solve the issue of harassers posting sensitive information (addresses, phone #s) onto a person's profile and requiring them to actively police it to try and keep the info off.

There appears to be a programming bug as well, because contrary to the claim in news, the vgift recieved by mynn still contains the ad copy "brought to you by Diet Pepsi MAX" which Diet Pepsi MAX linking to the same wakeuppeople.com URL noted above.

Paid users viewing the vgift won't see the copy. You're basic, so you see it.
