the fuzzy kitty book
by tg mcsogy-bottoms

jk.

i learned alot recently from 2 books;

"Blue Like Jazz,"
by Donald Miller which steven already mentioned (i also hear one of his other books, "Searching for God Knows What" is really good.)

and "Desiring God," by John Piper.

i really love children's literature, though. i think you would like:

"the Little Prince"
by Antoine De Saint-Exupery,

or "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and "Through the Looking Glass"
both by Lewis Carrol

or "the Velveteen Rabbit"
by Margery Williams.

oh! and there's alot of buzz going around about "Captivating" so i'm sure that's a good one. it's on my to read list, along with "Wild At Heart."

also, my friend, rachel, always tells me about how much she loves the book "the Sacred Romance." i don't know who wrote it but i can find out if your interested. she says it's a great book for girls. that it paints a picture of Jesus as a romancer. she said it's very 'pride and prejudicy.'
