Summer vacation can't start soon enough. Things have been way too stressful the last couple of weeks with finals going on. And now even work is giving me trouble. I spent an hour chasing down all the laundry that blew off the clotheslines today. Stupid wind. I'm still not sure I got all of it. If anyone happens to find some can you please return it

I suppose. I met most of them when I first got here. They were either people who helped me out or who were new like me. A lot of the people I knew well have disappeared though.

I don't know about being easy to get along with. Until I met you and Yamamoto, I never had any friends. Most people just saw me as a burden.

As long as they're happy now, it's okay. They're probably back with the people they love.

I don't know how you can get so pumped up over something like this. [Wanders over the empty clothesline and tugs on it, willing the clothes and sheets to return on their own.] At least it's still bright near the building.

There's plenty of light left, Boss, don't worry! And, before leaving the apartment-- [Here, he grabs a sheet of paper from his pocket, as well as a pair of glasses, slipping those on before going to scrutinize his own handwriting.] --I took the liberty to chart the general wind directions for today. Pretty mild, so if it's all coming off the coast, the breeze should be blowing slightly south-east... I'm sure the sheets would have gone with that trajectory if they blew away in a gust.

Okay then. So we should search this way. Or is east that way? I always get those two mixed up.
