She could have just asked to see it. You think so? Some of the other books listed some really gross recipes. I don't if these will clear anything up, but eating almonds and apples sounds more appealing than weird leaves and flowers.

Something that tastes good. And some of these they don't even suggest as tea. They just want you to eat the ingredients as they are. But it's worth a try. At least nothing looks toxic.
