RA Training: Bootcamp for the Collegiate.

Training today was rough. Not hard. Just... emotionally difficult. Going through the different scenarios that we might be up against as resident advisors, everything dawned on me at once. I am essentially training to be a role-model. A companion. A life-saver. A shoulder. A community-builder. A marijuana-smeller

i happen to think that you're going to make a fantastic marijuana-smeller/ RA (those are two separate categories because i think it'll be really cool to say you sniff around your dorm for marijuana for a living)
