When I first saw ST XI, I was just surprised that I managed to enjoy Kirk, period; I figured it's because he got beat up so beautifully and thoroughly throughout the entire movie. But earlier this week I watched it for the 5th time, and I can honestly say I've completely fallen for Kirk - and it's all due to Chris Pine's performance! Uh, which I began to notice once I somehow managed to look beyond his pants and start paying attention to his EQUALLY IMPRESSIVE acting. *cough*

You wanna see something sort of horrifying? A fan posted this vid on Youtube which can only be described as an awards show tribute (orchestral score, images blending into each other sort of chronologically, a freakin' collage near the end) and honoring... his crotch. Warning: this might make you feel like you've sexually harassed a total stranger (albeit a very, very hot one). It might also make you laugh until your face hurts.
