Well, it was very well deserved, all the compliments. You have a real knack for diving right into the heart of an emotion, exploring it. Of not being afraid of it. It makes for great reads.

It's one of the things about Alexa, is that she's that way with her emotional stuff. And her abandonment fears are fairly canon. And thank you again. It's a real compliment that people like her even when she's whiny. LOL

*hugs* Mark is so sweet. But. hey, RL has it's way with us and our poor pups, and she needs to get working and do some stuff with the shelter and stuff. So this is actually a really good thing. And I think that when he comes back, it will make her see that yes, people come back, and that will be good for her, too.

But I recently discovered a cover of it my a up and coming jazz female vocalist. It stepped up the emotion even more for me, but listening, I was struck how much it worked for Alexa. Just something to enjoy...
