Why does it kill me so hard when they say one thing and so obviously mean something else? Gah! Lovely.

Eee! I love that you loved that part, because I was already trying to post it (and LJ was giving me fits) when I looked at that part which originally had her saying "not stupid. not stupid at all" and was like, "NO! What was I thinking! She needs to tell him it *was* stupid of course!" Lol. And I fixed it at the last second basically.

UNFFFFFFFFF THIS JUST KILLS ME. It's so very pilots, to deflect and say the opposite of what they mean.

And that's after the piggyback ride, which is just the cutest thing of all time. I <3 this totally :)

Awwwwwww! Definitely sweet. I love the thread of Kara's mother in the story too, just that idea that she's shared her history with him and he knows what it means.

I really liked the idea that Lee would have known what that meant and been a little horrified, even though Kara didn't mean it that way. :)

Awww! I would pay good money to see Lee give Kara a piggyback ride. How cute! I adored the end. I always love their confession.
