Why hello there!

Long time, no.... me, here.  What've I been doing?  Why, many things!  For example, most recently I've just cooked dinner -- Scampi-style Scallops over, well, it was supposed to be fettuccine, but I didn't have any, so it's over spaghetti.  Recipe also called for half an onion, chicken broth, and a can of anchovies; what I had was a shallot,
