Is "reminds me of" a symmetric relation over the set of people? In other words, if person A reminds you of person B, is it always true that B also reminds you of A?

Nope. And none of the people involved are shared associates so the examples wouldn't help much. At any rate, it's not always symmetrical, often perhaps, but not always.

Can't recall specific examples (which I suppose wouldn't matter since you wouldn't know them), but I in point of fact remember being bemused by the asymmetry on more than one occasion.
