Today is National Mustard Day. Just yesterday a certain someone made fun of me for being a mustard/horseradish/wasabi fiend, but now I don't feel quite so weird anymore. :)

I got this:

Your Aspie score: 97 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 85 of 200
You are more Aspie than neurotypical

I'm not sure what it means. :)

What it is purporting to test for is Asperger's Syndrome ("AS"). Here's a description:Persons with AS show marked deficiencies in social skills, have difficulties with transitions or changes and prefer sameness. They often have obsessive routines and may be preoccupied with a particular subject of interest. They have a great deal of difficulty reading nonverbal cues (body language) and very often the individual with AS has difficulty determining proper body space. Often overly sensitive to sounds, tastes, smells, and sights, the person with AS may prefer soft clothing, certain foods, and be bothered by sounds or lights no one else seems to hear or see.
The difficulty with reading social signals is the heart of it. As my son, who has AS, says, "If you ask someone, 'How are you?', and they spend the next 2 hours giving you a detailed medical report, that person has Asperger's."

Now, whether the test is accurate (in general, or for you in particular) is another issue.

Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 139 of 200
You are very likely neurotypical
