bleighton fic!!! Clarity
First fic I posted for evasss.
'Shit, why does it have to rain when I need to be somewhere'
Blake was dodging and swerving through the cars, speeding as she could barely see a foot away from her car. To be honest Blake wouldn't of done this for anybody else, but she heard her crying on the phone, so she obviously had to come and help her.
She stopped right outside her apartment, rushing through the revolving door, up to Leighton's apartment. She stood outside the door for awhile trying to get prepared and steady herself. She didn't know what was wrong but whatever it was she would help her because Leighton means everything to her; she loves Leighton with all of her studly heart.
So she finally knocks. There stood Leighton still beautiful as ever but her cheeks were not the perfect porcelain, just tear stained red. She looked like a lost child in an amusement park and Blake had decided to help her find the merry-go-round.
"Blake" Leighton whispered choking a sob.
Blake immediately wrapped her arms around her, comforting her the best she could. Guiding her to her big fluffy pillows (her chest)."Leighton" she pulled away and guided them to the couch.
"Leighton, what’s wrong?" but she didn't respond.
"I don't know what’s wrong" Leighton finally spoke; Blake prompted her to go on.
"I've been feeling different things, viewing my life in different ways. Everything’s so hard and confusing, I changed"
"It shouldn't matter if you've changed, if you like who you are and feel truly yourself, then it doesn't matter...are you?" Blake asked
"I hope so, I don’t know yet, I haven't acted on anything"
"why haven't you done anything?" Now Blake wanted to know what the fuck was going on.
"I'm just scared, scared of the consequences, what will happen and if, if you'll leave me"
"Leighton, I will never leave you, no matter what you do to me or make me feel, I will always come back for you. I care about you to much, you have helped me become a better person" she held onto Leighton’s face, looking into her eyes.
"You can say, that I’ve been changed for the better" Blake chuckled.
Leighton laughed and some tears escaped her eyes, which Blake gladly wiped away.
"Leighton, tell me please" Blake begged
Leighton cleared her throat, for some simple words they were pretty hard to say.
"I’m in love with you"
Blake was obviously shocked at the starting but she went for it anyways, so she leaned in and gently kissed her. Just a little kiss started a fire in her bell, and there was only one person who could extinguish it. Leighton.
And with one simple moment, one simple declaration of love, and it was beyond what both of them have ever felt. Clarity.
