So I think we've finally nailed down a date. Managed to change Jared's mind on a fall wedding. Though I think really I misinterpreted his thoughts on the matter. He just doesn't want something too hot. So, we're now looking towards next April(2010). Either the 17th or the 24th. So yes, this may dump straight on a Mage Con. I've always enjoyed 'hen night' ... but that's the feminist in me that doesn't think the word 'bachelorette' is particularly flattering.

Anyway. Drunken debauchery is my particularly specialty. I guarantee there will be memories flitting through your mind during the wedding you'll be cursing my name for.

Lol. Well there goes the surprise. Both mine and Jared's families are devoid of young girls (oodles of young boys tho :P). So we were going to ask if one (or both I guess) wanted to do it. :) Thanks for the offer! Give me a call sometime or better yet, we should sit down sometime and talk about it. :)

Actually, having the wedding on the Thursday night before or the friday night of a con is not a bad idea. YOur out of town friends only have to make one trip to SC and pay for only one set of hotel rooms that many of them were going to pay for anyway. Also, If you do it at the Marina (not sure of your budget, but all things considered they aren't bad) you could finally be the wedding all of the Larpers have to avoid! :D
BTW, incase I haven't already said it, CONGRATS!!!!!

Yeah, that may be an option as well. I sent a mail to Dave about next year's Spring Con dates and he's checking into it for me.

Lol. The funny thing about that last part is that after a certain point, they wouldn't have to avoid it. Hehe. It'll be great when I tell all my relatives how nice it is that my friends decided to drop in^^.
