Thanks to everyone who so kindly left comments sending good wishes my way. I think the "crisis" is over but I'm still not fully recovered. It's going to take some investigation to get this all sorted out, I think.

Meanwhile, I've decided to simply skip the weekly post and will be posting again this coming Sunday night on my regular schedule. So look

Really enjoying your postings, I've now read from the very beginning to the latest one!

I hope you'll be writing about your conventions you mentioned. I find it quite ironic that the Ultimate Fiasco sounds so much like both FedCon USA (EpicFail Con) and JumpCon (EpicFail Con II) from this spring and summer. Twenty-five years later and things like that still happen -- and some of the stars still pull out the stops to help the fans.

I'm not familiar with the cons you name (well, I've heard of FedConUSA, but didn't know it was a bust), but yes, I'm definitely going to get back to my earlier convention days.
