My Adidas

It's been so long since I bought a pair of kicks it's rediculous. Once upon a time, a new sneaker came out, if I liked them, I bought them. In my 30's and trying to: pay off student loans, credit cards, fix the car, pay rent, eat, etc. the sneaker buying schedule has changed. I am an old school Adidas Originals addict, which really limits me to shelltoes, and Rod Lavers. I do have a pair of top tens that I only wore once. I'm scared to get them fucked up. I have been taking notice to custom kicks lately, and am considering customizing my own. What I hate is that Adidas came out with a half shell, which had a suede/rubber shell which was cool, but buy the time I got around to having the money for them....they disappeared. I found some "remixed" ones which are cool, but not for me. Adidas is doing some cool shit, but I just need some leather Rod Lavers, some basic shelltoes, and if they bring them back out, the snakeskin striped shells....and maybe the patent leather baby blue top tens (to sit on the shelf, or be worn around the house and maybe red carpet...wtf?)
