July is National Ice Cream Month! hooray!

Go out and enjoy some ice cream!

Personally, I'm going to be making 4 quarts of Rocky Road this week. Then, when I get back to the Pacific Northwest I'm going to fire up my ice cream machine for several different flavors. yay!
