I like this entry.

I imagine this would be true with most people. I think humanity's severe disconnect with the natural world is a cause of a lot of the world's strife.

You make me jealous. As much as I enjoy the comforts of the city, I really long to be out in nature. *sigh* And I havent been to the North Cascades in ages...

I'll be out in the North Cascades from this September until next August. That's 11 months in which I would be delighted to have you come stay with me for a visit! :)
