i just talked to Michelle's (cweaselle) stepdad. she's in the hospital with encephalitis. send all the good vibes you can. he said she's got about 7 doctors working on her, they're pumping some kind of medicine into her, and they're hopeful, but she's not lucid and she can't speak at the moment, and he said it's definitely affecting

no, he didn't say, and i was still half-asleep and didn't think to ask. i'll call back this evening to ask how she is and see if i can find out anything more, like how long she's been sick.
