apparently, i have the evil touch. IG came back from a break saying that out of nowhere, the old "avengers" theme had popped into his head. i, of course, had to say "could be worse -- it could've been the [i'll spare you] theme

How about "...our workers' compensation policy"?

i.e., "in reference to our worker's compensation policy"? it's the connecting phrase i'm having trouble with. this guy says "in reference to" so much, and in such WRONG ways, that i tend to tune it out even when it'd be fine.
