I was gonna say why not just make a "make-table" query? Make a query using "New" from the Query view. Choose Design View. Choose your queries/tables/both that you want as your source(s). This might be the query you were trying to export? Then go to Query, "Make-Table Query". I think that makes it a Table, and hopefully the rules for exporting from a Table as you described them apply?
I'm still learning Access, so if that doesn't make sense, it's my fault, not yours! Let me know what you find out.
