Runs in and hugs Nix. Hey you stood up for yourself and your daughter, so don't you go feeling bad. Sometimes it helps to let it lay for a few days, but if your as good of friends as you feel, it should be fine to tell her how uncomathable you felt, and if not well, sadly maybe its good to know this. I agree completely with those above, you did the right thing in standing up to your friend and refusing to do what you didn't want to. And don't worry about being a moaner, you can moan all you want in your LJ.
