Next season there will be a major arc involving House and Cuddy's relationship. He says it was postponed from this season because they couldn't do it properly in just four post-strike episodes.

Because it will be perfect. I really don't mind if they postponed the Huddy arc, because there isn't any time for it in season 4, because it means it will be HUGE and they want to handle it properly. I feel the same. I don't mind to wait for love arcs. Because they need time and if it's so epic like House and Cuddy, I know it will be worth the wait. Just like with Luke and Lorelai.
