I spent INR 5K once and had to finish it myself. I don't think a good haircut depends on how much it. I once went with a friend to Sylvie's parlor and he said, he'd like to give me a haircut ... and he said he'd give me discount. I said, I might not be able to afford him after the discount. He gave me an awesome haircut and it didn't cost me anything and my friend was uber jealous, she paid like 3k for some random crap. :D
